Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and

expanding our reach in the market. You will be responsible for identifying new business

opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and delivering solutions that

meet their needs. This role is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven professional who thrives in

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Workers’ Compensation

medical cost containment industry.

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers from prospective


– Secure new business deals by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and

demonstrating the value of the client’s services.

– Engage with potential clients by customizing your communications and presentations to

emphasize the client’s unique value proposition, showcasing our solutions in

Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Ancillary Services, and medical cost


– Navigate objections and challenges with responsive follow-ups and tailored information,

effectively managing the sales pipeline to advance opportunities.

– Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless

client experience from initial contact through to service delivery and support.

– Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s revenue and profit goals.

– Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes that may

impact our clients and business.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

– Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Workers’ Compensation claims

processing solutions.

– A proven track record of exceeding sales targets, showcasing your ability to close

complex solution sales.

– Superior communication skills and the aptitude for building strong relationships with

clients and prospects.

– Strategic insight to effectively manage complex sales cycles and negotiate with senior-

level executives.

– An entrepreneurial spirit, matched with a deep interest in healthcare and technology-

driven solutions.

– Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
