Job Summary:
Our client, a National provider of IME & Peer Review services in
the workers’ compensation and auto insurance industry, is seeking
a results-driven Regional Sales Director (RSD) in TX. The RSD is
a personable, business development professional with a strong
business acumen. As a member of the team, you will be responsible
for generating revenue by identifying and developing new accounts
as well as growing existing national & regional accounts.
Qualified candidates will posses the right balance of
relationship-building skills and motivation to significantly
impact their sales growth targets within the assigned territory.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The RSD is responsible to grow and manage referrals in existing
accounts and can bring on new business as well. Must have an
understanding of sales processes, solution selling, overcoming
objections, follow through and issue resolution. Ability to
increase referral volume by leveraging existing industry
relationships (adjusters, team leads, supervisors & managers)
aggressive lead generation, persistent follow up and relationship
building. Manage sales pipeline & CRM activities for the
territory. Recognized problem solver with the ability to connect
across various clientele and industries: workers’ compensation,
auto, disability, managed care, medical management, third party
administrators/carriers, self-insured employers and insurance
defense attorneys. Participate in industry conferences and events
to network and professional development. Other duties and special
projects, as assigned and based on business needs.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
Relevant Job Experience:
Required: Existing relationships in the workers’ compensation
and/or auto industry
Preferred: IME/Peer Review experience or business experience in
managed care, insurance or healthcare.
Job Related Skills/Competencies:
Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of
company business lines. Ability to apply critical thinking, time
management, and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions / Physical Demands:
Any lifting, bending, traveling etc required to do the job listed
above. Long periods of sitting and computer work.
