JOB SUMMARY:
The National Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of
Account retention and revenue growth within our National IME
client base. An in-depth understanding of the Workers
Compensation/Managed Care/Claim and/or Auto IME marketplace is
strongly preferred, along with strong, long-standing industry
relationships within our national IME accounts. Our success
relies on individual and team contributions every day. We care
for our customers, each other and the company. It is the
responsibility for all of us to maintain a positive working
environment that promotes client satisfaction and results.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating and executing a strategic account plan for all clients.
Developing Claims Manager, Supervisor and Team Manager contacts
in large claim hub offices, and Senior Management relationships
at all accounts. Generating strong goodwill within the existing
account user base. Work with the SVP National Account Management,
VP Regional Account Management and Regional Account Management
team to target referral and revenue growth within all strategic
accounts. Work with the company’s IME Operations teams to ensure
client satisfaction and effective problem resolution. Other
duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business
needs.
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
5+ years experience in account management in an environment
within the Workers Compensation or Auto space. Business
experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
Must have existing industry relationships and viable industry
contacts.
JOB RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Present exceptional communication skills with a clear
understanding of company business lines. The ability to apply
critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific
deadlines. Computer literacy and typing skills are essential. ●
Demonstrated customer retention and revenue impact in previous
organizations, with proven market share increases among top
managed accounts ● Ability to work cross-functionally ● Wiliness
and desire to travel to all required national account locations
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job
duties listed above. Long periods of sitting and computer work.
WORK FROM HOME TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Supply and support their own internet services. Maintaining an
uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work
from home position.
